Astrid Anna Kuin

Drs Astrid Anna Kuin, is senior coach, teamcoach and trainer with over 30 years of experience in the profit and non-profit sector. Since 1995 she arranges the Course Coaching in which (team) coaches learn to coach professionals, teams and leaders towards self-organizing teams and organisations delivering value to their clients/customers and markets, Learning teams and organizations: her strength is to coach teams towards high performance and a learning and innovating culture. With the program Course Coaching we are certified with the European Quality Award NOBCO/EMCC.  Astrid Anna has a background as Business Economics Consultant, with a focus towards Social Psychology, Transactional Analysis and Group Dynamics, the learning organizations and teams, organizational development and change, self-organization, self-organizing teams. She has specialized in psychology, therapy, and counselling as supervisor and (team)coach. Together with Jan Remmerswaal she hosted the Course Train the Trainer. Characteristic for her approach are her listening skills, empathy, result orientation, stillness, analytical capabilities, humor and creativity. With her training as professional Scrum Master and her background as Business consultant, team coach and trainer, she trains and coaches people in the transition to agile organizations (mindset and tools).
