The Obeya Host training is an in-depth and practical program for people guiding the Obeya group process. The training teaches you how to transcend facilitation skills and enables you to get a group from information to learnings to sustainable decisions, using minimal intervention. The Obeya Host course follows the Obeya Fundamentals course, which is a prerequisite. With a focus on knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to effectively host a working Obeya, the Obeya Host course is required for anyone hosting an Obeya.
