Classical instruments for analyzing and directing teams and organizations do not work any more in a complex world. You don't believe that? Some wonderful experiments with the participants showed this impressively!

Tools for managers must change. Instead of directing organizations it will be all about navigating complexity. But how to change? What tools will be needed?

In the workshop I had the privilege to attend in Amsterdam (two carefully selected, very nice locations!) Bernhard showed us a set of tools and instruments to prove ourselves in a complex world. Expermints and exercises let us implement what we learned.
