Learn the Transact SQL language to query SQL Server

Description

You will gain the technical skills required to write Transact-SQL queries for Microsoft SQL Server. What you learn is the foundation for all SQL Server-related disciplines; namely, Database Administration, Database Development and Business Intelligence.

At the end of the course, you will be able to:

Describe the uses of the Transact-SQL language; Write queries to retrieve, modify and summarize data; Join data from multiple tables; Use advanced features of Transact-SQL; Consider different solution strategies to solve business questions;

This training is a combination of two other trainings: the first 3 days contain the basic features corresponding to the training 'Core Querying Data with Transact-SQL' (MSDP080). The last 2 days the advanced features correspond with the training 'T-SQL Querying: Advanced Techniques' (ADVQDTSQL).

Please note: we recommend participants with little experience to take this course in two parts. First MSDP080 and later ADVQDTSQL. Please don't hesitate to contact us when in doubt.
