SAFe® Advanced Facilitator: Conflict & Collaboration incl. E-learning

The Micro-credentials - Advanced Facilitator: Conflict & Collaboration workshop equips participants with the essential skills and strategies to effectively manage conflict and foster collaboration in various professional settings.

This comprehensive program delves into advanced facilitation techniques, emphasizing real-time conflict resolution, constructive communication, and collaborative problem-solving. The program

The workshop is structured in two parts:

1. E-Learning Module: A self-paced online course, averaging 2 hours, to be completed prior to the facilitated session.

2. Facilitated Workshop: A half-day, interactive workshop (approximately 4 hours) led by an expert facilitator.

Prerequisites
