You’ve seen it before: endless meetings, unclear priorities, and decisions that never seem to lead to action. Teams work hard, but everyone’s looking at different dashboards, reports, and goals. The result? Misalignment, rework, and frustration.

Obeya offers a simple yet transformative solution. By bringing people, information, and strategy together in one visual space, it enables transparency, focus, and effective dialogue. In this training, you’ll learn how to design and use an Obeya to align teams, improve performance, and accelerate learning.

Through real-world examples and hands-on exercises, you’ll explore the four quadrants and eleven principles of Obeya, practise leading performance dialogues, and discover how visual management supports leadership, flow, and continuous improvement.

Whether you’re a leader, a team member, or part of a transformation initiative, this training gives you the foundation to apply Obeya thinking in your own context.

This training is for

You recognise yourself in one or more of the following situations:

• You experience unclear priorities or a lack of alignment between strategy and operations
• You want to improve collaboration and decision-making across teams or departments
• You’re introducing Lean, Agile, or continuous improvement but miss an overarching framework
• You want to learn how to visualise goals, progress, and issues in one shared space
• You’re looking for a practical introduction to Obeya to strengthen your leadership impact

This training is ideal for professionals new to Obeya, team leads, Agile Coaches, transformation managers, and anyone looking to improve strategic alignment and communication.

• You’ll learn where Obeya comes from and how it connects to Lean and continuous improvement
• You’ll explore the 4 quadrants and 11 principles of the Obeya framework
• You’ll practise leading structured performance dialogues
• You’ll design visuals that make information accessible and actionable
• You’ll apply what you’ve learned to your own team or organisation
• Note: course material and exam are in English. The training is delivered in English (can be provided in Dutch if all participants agree).
