Many organisations discover that implementing DevOps tools is not enough. The real challenge lies in culture and people: lack of communication between teams, resistance to change, and limited feedback and trust.

This training helps you address these challenges. You’ll gain a clear understanding of DevOps principles and the role of the coach in enabling them. You will practise with coaching models (such as GROW), learn how to build feedback cultures, coach teams towards high performance, and apply change models. You’ll also explore when to mentor or facilitate instead of purely coaching.

This training is for you if you recognise one or more of these situations

• You are an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, DevOps team member, or change agent who wants to increase your impact
• You see teams struggling with collaboration, ownership, or trust
• You want to drive change through coaching and leadership, not just management structures
• You need to focus more on the cultural aspects of DevOps and how to grow teams effectively

The course is suitable for coaches, senior Scrum Masters, DevOps team members taking on a coaching role, change agents, managers, and leaders involved in Agile and DevOps initiatives.

About the exam

• Format: Online or paper-based, closed book, scratch paper allowed
• Proctoring: Live or via webcam
• Duration: 90 minutes (+ 15 minutes extra time for non-native speakers)
• Number of questions: 10 multiple-choice questions based on (mini) case studies
• Passing score: 65%
• Language: English
• Access: If an exam voucher is included, you may schedule the exam for up to 12 months after receiving it
• Certification: Upon passing, you’ll receive the official DASA DevOps Coach certificate and digital badge
