The Certified Action Learning Coach introduces you to the basic principles of action learning, the common thread running through all WIAL Netherlands programs. It ensures that you learn how to really listen to each other as a team, learn to understand the context, have the real conversation and work on reflective capacity.
So that the team learns how to tackle complex problems and grows into a high performing team.

During the Certified Action Learning Coach program, in addition to lots of practice, you will get a theoretical foundation that you will discuss with the other participants. As an action learning coach, you will develop the ability to link management tasks and leadership style. You are going to make more impact in coaching teams and develop the skill of facilitating the team in complex problem solving and building a higher level of psychological safety in the team.

Action Learning Practitioner Certificate of Participation.

Upon successful completion of Certified Action Learning Coach process, participant receives
The official certificate from WIAL Global. The participant can then enroll in the International Register of Certified Action Learning Coaches and is authorized to put the title CALC after the name and use the CALC digital badge in all communications.

This is also valid to get the points and certifications for CCE ICF which is for re-registration for School Leaders.
