The Certified Action Learning Coach program starts with the
fundamentals of Action Learning. It enables you to create an
environment where your team learns how to really connect with each
other, and to implement a problem solving methodology.
Direct return for you
The Certified Action Learning Coach program, contains both a
theoretical foundation and a lot of practical application through
practicing with your fellow students. The challenges and problems
we use for practice material are all relevant and current complex
problems from the organization you represent. By applying the
Action Learning methodology, you will start to see a Return on
Investment almost immediately.

The Certified Action Learning Coach program is for directors, managers, coordinators, product owners, scrum masters, project managers/leaders and coaches.

Certification
Action Learning Practitioner Certificate of Participation.
Upon successful completion of Certified Action Learning Coach
process, participant receives
The official certificate from WIAL Global. The participant can then
enroll in the International Register of Certified Action Learning
Coaches and is authorized to put the title CALC after the name and
use the CALC digital badge in all communications.
This is also valid to get the points and certifications for CCE ICF which is for re-registration for School Leaders.
