1. Baseline Measurement

We offer a free introductory phone call with our Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) who is also a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Master. During this call, we assess the current level and discuss training goals, providing expert advice.

2. In-Company Training

Participants receive a professional theoretical and practical in-company training, in Dutch or English, or in Dutch with English Office software (customized), delivered on-site at your location.
You may provide your own practical materials to be covered in the training.
Your organization invites participants via email.
We consider your target group and learning goals and, in consultation, select a MOS Master trainer and matching course materials (if desired).
Weekend or evening trainings and laptop rentals are also available.

3. Evaluation and Completion

At the end of the in-company training, we conduct an evaluation and participants receive a certificate of participation, visible in their user profile via our LMS system or app. With this app, all participants from OEM Office E-Learning Menu can edit their LMS profile and download/view their certificates.

4. Reference Material

Our practical course books provide detailed information about all the different features of Microsoft Office.
These books are intended for anyone who wants to work faster and more efficiently and get the most out of Microsoft Office.
They contain hundreds of pages and include practical exercises and comprehensive topics.

5. Aftercare

By arrangement, participants can ask follow-up questions via email for three months concerning the content of the in-company training.
