The 2-day AgilePM v3 Practitioner training offers an in-depth exploration of applying the AgilePM methodology in complex project environments. The focus is on successfully leading agile projects within organizations that combine agility with structure and governance. You will learn how to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders, deliver value in short iterations, manage risks, and ensure quality. Key topics such as planning, roles, decision-making, and the use of management products are covered through practical, scenario-based exercises.

The AgilePM v3 Practitioner training is designed for professionals who want to deepen their Agile Project Management skills and apply them in real-world situations. While the Foundation course focuses on understanding the core principles, the Practitioner level goes further: you learn how to effectively apply AgilePM in realistic, complex project environments where agility, speed, and control must work together.

During this 2-day course, you’ll work on the practical application of the AgilePM methodology—an internationally recognized framework that combines flexibility with strong project governance. You'll learn how to initiate, plan, manage, and successfully deliver agile projects in a controlled environment, with a strong focus on delivering business value without compromising on quality or deadlines.

The training covers essential topics such as stakeholder management, helping you navigate various interests and expectations within a project. It also addresses flexible and iterative planning, so you can respond quickly to change while staying aligned with your project goals. Governance and control are discussed in detail, showing you how to structure accountability without unnecessary bureaucracy. Risk management is also a key focus—learning how to identify, assess, and manage project risks—along with effective collaboration between roles such as Project Manager, Scrum Master (Team Leader), Business Ambassador, and other team members.

The AgilePM v3 Practitioner course uses practical exercises, case-based assignments, and focused exam preparation. This hands-on approach enables you to translate theory into action and gives you the confidence to independently lead agile projects. The training is based on the official AgilePM v3 Handbook from the Agile Business Consortium and concludes with the official, English-language APMG Practitioner exam.

After completing the AgilePM v3 Practitioner training, you will be able to independently and effectively apply the AgilePM methodology across a variety of project environments. You will be capable of structuring and managing the entire project lifecycle according to AgilePM, including implementing iterative development through timeboxes and prioritizing tasks using the MoSCoW method. You'll know how to manage risks, ensure quality, and deliver business value while maintaining control over time, cost, and scope.

In addition, you will be able to clearly define roles and responsibilities within the team, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and establish governance structures that support agility without limiting flexibility. You will also be well-prepared for the official AgilePM v3 Practitioner exam, allowing you to formally demonstrate your professional competence.
