For whom?

This is a coaching course at HBO work or thinking level and is therefore suitable for anyone with HBO work or thinking level who wants to engage in coaching in a broad sense.

During this training you will learn:

• Apply coaching skills.
• Ask good, powerful questions that promote depth in your (coaching) relationships.
• Apply various coaching models and techniques.
• Consciously responding to the different interests that may play a role in a coaching process.
• To arrive at concrete goals together with a coachee and formulate actions accordingly.
• The difference between a consultation and a coaching conversation.
• Work according to the guidelines of the NOBCO and ICF.

Study load

The total study load of the Foundation coaching course is 28 hours.

• Training hours (contact hours): 18 hours
• Practical assignments & Exam: 10 hours

Recognised certificate

After successful completion of this 3-day recognized coach training, you will receive an internationally recognized coach diploma at EMCC/EQA foundation level and a Coach Certificate from GORTcoachingopleidingen B.V. You can then start applying your coaching skills in practice.
