This course is designed for the Administrators, Supervisors, and Managers who are responsible to work with end user personas such as Technicians, Inspectors, Asset Managers, and Storeroom clerks, and facilitate, supervise, and review their tasks to ensure successful asset management and maintenance in their organization using Maximo Application Suite Manage and Maximo Mobile.
This course focuses on the supervision aspect of Maximo Administrators who help other personas to be successful in their day-to-day activities using Maximo Mobile.

This course focuses on the supervision aspect of Maximo Administrators who help other personas to be successful in their day-to-day activities using Maximo Mobile.
Along with carefully curated demonstrations and a hands-on lab, in this course, you also get the end user training modules for each of the personas that include persona introduction and relevant demonstrations and their simulated labs.
OBJECTIVES
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Create a work order and labor record, define calendar and shifts, and assign the work to a Technician.
- Approve work orders being assigned to the Technician and review the completed work order after it is executed by the field Technicians.
- Explain how to work with inspection form creation, its response fields, assignment of inspection and review of the inspection result.
- Create, edit, update, and review an asset.
- Associate a custodian to the asset.
- Explain the Organizational settings of Inventory Options for a Storeroom Clerk.
- Work with Purchase orders and review them in the Receiving application.
- Explain how to facilitate the Storeroom Clerks with count books from Maximo Manage.
- Explain how to facilitate and administer the Storeroom Clerks with inventory receiving, inventory issue, and inventory transfer function along with inventory counting.
