"Sehr praxisorientiertes Training! Ich war bei der englischsprachigen Veranstaltung dabei und kann diese nur weiterempfehlen. Kleiner Tipp - bei der Rollenübung am Tag3 unbedingt als Verhandlungsführer auftreten, dann bekommt man sehr erfrischende Erfahrung im praktischen Umfeld.
