"Wat een geweldige ervaring!! Ik had al het gevoel dat holacracy een geweldig samenwerkingmodel zou zijn. Maar in de praktijk bij springest beleef je het ook echt. Deelgenomen aan de tactical en governance. Vooraf en achteraf is er toelichting en alle ruimte voor vragen. Tijdens de meeting check je ook in en uit. Er komt zoveel voorbij. De agenda wordt ter plaatse opgebouwd, vastgelegd etc. Voor en na overleg is er nauwelijks voorbereiding nodig. De emoties, killing in overleggen, worden direct gekanaliseerd tot acties. Wat efficient zeg. Ik neem holacracy zeker mee richting mijn netwerk en overweeg serieus dit te implementeren. Mooie les van Jonathan Davies, stel je doelen x4. Dan dwing je out of the box denken.
