VMware vSphere 6.7 Fasttrack

De training VMware vSphere 6.7 Fasttrack (VM-VVFT) is een versnelde, intensieve cursus die ervaren systeembeheerders en integrators voorbereidt op het opzetten en beheren van een schaalbare, robuuste vSphere 6.7-infrastructuur. Je leert o.a. ESXi-hosts en vCenter Server implementeren, netwerken en storage configureren (incl. iSCSI, NFS, Fibre Channel), en virtuele machines efficiënt beheren met vMotion en Storage vMotion.

Daarnaast komen geavanceerde onderwerpen aan bod zoals HA, DRS, Fault Tolerance, distributed switches, resource pools, content libraries, Update Manager en VMware vRealize Operations Manager voor monitoring en troubleshooting. De training bereidt je tevens voor op het VCP6-DCV examen (2V0-621).

Je werkt hands-on met enterprise-level infrastructuur, onder begeleiding van een ervaren docent. De leerstof is in het Engels, maar de training wordt gegeven door een Nederlandstalige docent.

Deze training is bedoeld voor ervaren System Administrators en System Integrators die bereid zijn om hard te werken voor het behalen van maximale vSphere vaardigheden in minimale tijd (zo kort mogelijk weg van het dagelijks werk).

Na het volgen van de training, leg je het Foundation-examen (examencode 2V0-620) af. Dit is een online examen dat je thuis of op kantoor kunt afleggen. Je mag je boek en Google er dus bijhouden, als je de vragen maar binnen de gestelde tijd beantwoordt. Met het behalen van het Foundation-examen toon je aan dat je basiskennis van VMware vSphere beheerst, de fundering van alle andere VMware-producten.

Na het behalen van het Foundation-examen, leg je het examen VCP6-DCV (examencode: 2V0-621) af op een Pearson VUE-examenlocatie. Wanneer je deze examens behaald hebt, ben je gecertificeerd voor VCP6-DCV.
