Content

Understanding relationships as a creative force

Relationships always result in something being created. They start to bear unique fruit the moment two or more people encounter one another, whether it’s a story, a plan or an idea, or something more profound and life-changing, like a new family.

In ORSC Path, we focus on partnerships as a creative force, and examine concepts like the Path of Relationship, Quantum Physics and Dreams. We also introduce you to powerful ORSC tools and concepts, like the Three Levels of Reality, conflict management and learning to recognize and deal appropriately with myths.

To maximize the power and potential of your relationships, we help you in this course to understand the different levels of reality in which relationships dwell. You’ll learn to shift between those levels more fluidly and help others choose what they want to co-create with you. Some of the topics we’ll cover along the way are:

• Creating “consensus reality” to mitigate conflicts and handle differences
• Practicing tools that turn conflict into a powerful engine for growth
• Learning how myths define our understand of ourselves and others
• Understanding how to let go of old myths and manifest new myths

Training days

The Path course is three days long. On the second evening of the module, you are required to do a practical coaching with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment. This means coaching two individuals currently in a relationship. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the module. The leaders will give you more detailed information about this assignment before the first day of the module.

Since this course is based on a daily rate you are not obliged to stay at the venue overnight. If you would like to book one or more overnight stays at the venue and/or dinners, please contact the venue directly. Competence will not book your overnight stays and/or dinners.

This course is delivered by Competence, part of Schouten & Nelissen: licensed partner for ICF-accredited international programs in the field of Coaching & Leadership.

The maximum group size for the training course is 26 participants.

ICF accreditation 

This program is part of the ORSC™ Series, CRR Global’s ICF-accredited Coach Training Program. By completing this module you will qualify for 18 Continuous Coach Education Units from the International Coaching Federation (18 ICF CCEUS).  Competence Training Institute is the exclusive partner of CRR Global and offers the ICF-accredited ORSC™ programs in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Virtual via Zoom.

Certificate

At the end of this course, you will receive a certificate which shows that you participated in an 18-hour ICF-accredited training program.

The price of the training course is € 1.815,00 (excl. 21% VAT).

Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. No 21% VAT will be charged. The price will then be € 1.815,00.

Payment method

You or your organization will receive a digital invoice from Competence Training Institute – a Schouten & Nelissen company, which can be paid via bank transfer. Or use the payment link in the email for an internet or credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa). Please ensure that payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date and at the latest before the first day of class.

The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea, and a varied lunch varies depending on the country where the course is held:
