Wij bieden de volgende certificeringen: ITIL, DevOps, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, MSP,MoP en P3O.
The P3O® Combi training includes BOTH the Foundation and the Practitioner certifications. Both the P3O Foundation exam and the P3O Practitioner exam are included. Candidates can benefit from a reduction on the total price by choosing the Combi training.
The P3O Combi course consists of two courses: the P3O Foundation and the P3O Practitioner course.
P3O Foundation aims to confirm that a candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the P3O guidance to interact effectively with, or act as an informed member of, an office within a P3O model.
The P3O Practitioner certification confirms whether a candidate can design, implement, manage or work within any component office of a P3O model.

Following the completion of the course participants should be
able to:
- Be able to describe the high-level P3O model and know the
differences between Portfolio, Programme and Project Management
- Know the arguments for establishing a P3O model and measuring its
success
- Describe the purpose and major content of all roles
- State the key functions and services of a P3O
- Describe tools and techniques used by a P3O
- Know how to develop a governance structure that helps optimize an
organisation’s investment in change alongside its Business as
Usual
- Pass the P3O Foundation exam
- Develop the business case for the P3O required to obtain senior
management approval
- Identify and build the most appropriate P3O model that adapts to
the organisation’s needs, taking account of the organisation’s size
and -portfolio, programme and project management maturity
- Identify the most appropriate roles required to populate a
specified P3O structure
- Plan the implementation of a P3O
- Choose and use appropriate tools and techniques while running the
P3O and advising those who shape the portfolio of programmes and
projects
- Pass the P3O Practitioner exam.
Exam:
P3O Foundation Exam:
- 1 hour
- 75 questions
- Objective Test Questions
- 50% pass mark
- Closed book
P3O Practitioner Exam:
- 2,5 hours
- 4 questions (20 points per question)
- Objective Test Questions based on a case study scenario
- 50% pass mark
- Open book (P3O manual only)
- Upon successful completion of each exam and following
confirmation of the results, the participants will receive a
unique, secure and auditable electronic certificate from
PeopleCert
