QRP is gespecialiseerd in het ondersteunen van organisaties en professionals bij het ontwikkelen van vaardigheden van Best Practices, door training en certificering op het gebied van Best Practice Management methodes.Wij ondersteunen je tijdens je loopbaan door middel van e-learning, virtuele en klassikale trainingen in Project Management, Agile, Programme-, Portfolio-, PMO- en IT Servie Management. Wij bieden de volgende certificeringen: ITIL, DevOps, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, MSP,MoP en P3O.
The MSP® Combi training includes BOTH the Foundation and the Practitioner certifications. Both the MSP Foundation exam and the MSP Practitioner exam are included. Candidates can benefit from a reduction on the total price by choosing the Combi training.
The MSP Combi course consists of two courses: the MSP Foundation and the MSP Practitioner course.
The MSP Foundation certification aims to ensure that a candidate has the theoretical knowledge of how to plan, manage and deliver programmes from start to finish.
The MSP Practitioner certification aims to ensure a candidate can apply and tailor the MSP programme management framework to a real programme.

- Understand how the MSP principles underpin the MSP framework
- Understand the MSP themes and how they are applied throughout the
programme
- Understand the MSP processes and how they are carried out
throughout the programme
- Pass the MSP Foundation exam
- Understand how to apply the MSP principles in context
- Understand how to apply and tailor relevant aspects of the MSP
themes in context
- Understand how to apply and tailor relevant aspects of the MSP
processes in context
- Pass the MSP Practitioner exam
Exam:
MSP Foundation Exam:
- 1 hour (75 minutes for non-native speakers)
- 60 questions
- Objective Test Questions
- 60% pass mark
- Closed book
MSP Practitioner Exam:
- 2,5 hours (188 minutes for non-native speakers)
- 70 questions
- Objective Test Questions
- 60% pass mark
- Open book (MSP manual only)
Upon successful completion of each exam and following confirmation
of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and
auditable electronic certificate from PeopleCert.
