1. Baseline Measurement

Prior to the training, we offer a free phone call with our Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), who is also a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Master, to determine the level and discuss objectives with expert advice.

2. In-Company Training

Participants will receive a professional, theoretical/practical In-Company training in Dutch or English, or in Dutch using the English Office software (customized) at your location. Supplying your own practical materials to be used during training is possible.

Your organization invites participants by email.

We assess the target group and learning objectives, select the appropriate MOS Master instructor and matching course materials (if desired) in consultation.

Evening or weekend training sessions and laptop rentals are also available.

3. Evaluation and Completion

At the end of the training, there will be an evaluation and each participant receives a certificate of participation, visible in their user profile through our LMS system or App. With this App, all participants from OEM Office E-Learning Menu can edit their profile and download/view their participation certificates.

4. Reference Materials

Our practical course books cover all the various features of Microsoft Office in detail. These books are intended for anyone who wants to work faster and more efficiently, extracting the full potential of Microsoft Office. The books contain hundreds of pages and include practical exercises and full-topic coverage.

5. Aftercare

For three months after the training, participants can email the trainer with questions regarding the training content—by agreement.
