1. Baseline Assessment

Prior to the training, we offer a free phone consultation with our Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), who is also a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Master, to assess the skill level and discuss objectives with expert advice.

2. In-Company Training

Participants receive a professional, theoretical/practical in-company training in Dutch or English—or in Dutch with English Office software (customized)—on-site at your location. It is possible to provide your own company materials to be included in the training.
Your organization will invite the participants via email.
We assess the target group and learning objectives, and in consultation select a MOS Master trainer and suitable course materials (if desired).
Evening or weekend training and laptop rental are also available.

3. Evaluation and Completion

At the end of the in-company training, an evaluation takes place, and each participant receives a certificate of participation visible in their user profile via our LMS system or App. With this App, all OEM Office E-Learning Menu participants can edit their profile, view, and download their certificates.

4. Reference Materials

Our practical course books go into detail about all the different functions of Microsoft Office. These books are intended for anyone who wants to work faster and more efficiently, getting the most out of Microsoft Office. The books contain hundreds of pages with practical assignments and comprehensive topic coverage.

5. Aftercare

In consultation, participants may ask the trainer content-related questions via email for up to 3 months after the in-company training.
