1. Baseline Assessment

Prior to the training, we offer a free phone consultation with our Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), who is also a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Master, to determine the level and discuss the objectives with expert advice.

2. In-company Training

Participants will receive a professional, theoretical/practical in-company training in Dutch or English, or in Dutch using the English Office software (customized), delivered on-site.
You may provide your own practical materials to be included in the training.
Your organization is responsible for inviting participants via email.
We assess the target group and learning goals, and in consultation, we select a MOS Master trainer and appropriate course materials (if desired).
Weekend or evening training sessions and laptop rental are also available.

3. Evaluation and Completion

At the end of the in-company training, an evaluation is conducted and participants receive a certificate of participation, visible in their user profile through our LMS system or App. With this App, all participants of OEM Office E-Learning Menu can edit their profile and download/view participation certificates.

4. Reference Material

Our practical course books explain in detail the different functions of Microsoft Office. These course books are designed for everyone who wants to work faster and more efficiently and get the most out of Microsoft Office. The books include hundreds of pages with exercises and cover all relevant topics.

5. Aftercare

By agreement, participants can email the trainer for up to 3 months with questions related to the training content.
