The Certified Organizational Behavior Management Practitioner Training is a proven step-by-step approach to securing behavior change in the workplace. Under the guidance of a VU University and APMG International certified OBM Trainer/Coach, you will work on making your behavioral intervention successful. You get the opportunity to address your organizational behavior and performance issues and collaborate with our experienced OBM Trainer/Coach to develop an effective Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) that will positively influence behavior and improve performance in your organization.

Upon completing the Certified Organizational Behavior Management Practitioner training, you can independently implement and supervise positive behavior interventions. This training is designed for those who have already completed the Certified OBM Foundation training. It builds on the knowledge gained in the foundation-level training and provides practical application. The training is also based on the successful Certified OBM Practitioner training of the VU University Amsterdam.
