De serious games, tools en business simulaties van InContext zijn een interactieve, inspirerende en ongeëvenaarde leerervaring. Aan de hand van herkenbare situaties worden mensen uitgedaagd te experimenteren, beslissingen te nemen en het effect daarvan direct te ervaren. De serious games en business simulaties van InContext faciliteren een dialoog tussen medewerkers en teams en geven inzicht in concrete vernieuwingen en verbeteringen voor de dagelijkse praktijk.
TeamUP: THE IMPORTANCE OF A LEARNING CULTURE
A learning culture is essential to maintaining and boosting top performance. Developing a learning culture, however, requires employees to continuously develop themselves and seek out opportunities for growth.
Playing TeamUP encourages teams to explore their strengths and their developmental possibilities in a safe and surprising way, both at team level and individually. As they play TeamUP, the players discuss these developmental areas with one another, finding solutions that stimulate curiosity as well as having fun in the process.

THE GAME
TeamUP challenges participants to intense collaboration.
Feedback from others is crucial to success. Each team member has
information that can be helpful to others. If information is shared
well, everyone can deliver their best results. The important lesson
is: if the other succeeds, then everyone succeeds. We use the game
‘Battleship’ as a metaphor for the real work situation, gradually
introducing challenging and increasingly complex elements. This
provides the basis for translating the team’s experiences in the
game to the actual work situation and for the team to discuss
it amongst themselves.
The aim is to learn from experiences in the game, to succeed as a
team and to see feedback as a crucial element for achieving their
goal.
