Throughout this learning path, participants will engage in hands-on activities designed to reinforce and apply key concepts in real-world scenarios. The Learning Lab offers a dynamic, scenario-based assessment that evaluates how well participants can apply their skills in practice.

By successfully completing all required elements—including interactive exercises and observed demonstrations— and concluding with an exam, participants will earn the Advanced Scrum Master certification, validating their ability to lead and support high-performing Agile teams.

Program

The Advanced Scrum Master certification path is designed to enhance leadership skills and promote continuous improvement. It includes:

1. Self-Paced E-Learning: Participants will learn key strategies for driving team success through self-paced modules, including Measuring Team and ART Flow (1 hour) to assess performance, Accelerating Team Flow (1 hour) to improve efficiency, and Cultivating High-Performing Teams (1 hour) to enhance collaboration and outcomes.
2. Advanced Facilitator: Conflict and Collaboration - A half-day facilitated session focused on techniques to help leaders navigate conflicts that emerge during collaborative decision-making.
3. Small Group Case Study Session: A small group session where participants engage in case-study scenarios to reinforce their learning through practical, real-world application.
