You know that scaling Agile is more than rolling out new roles and practices – it requires leadership, alignment and deep cultural change. This training is designed for professionals like you: transformation leaders, change agents and SAFe coaches who want to make a lasting impact.

The course covers the principles and practices of SAFe, from Team and Technical Agility to Lean Portfolio Management. You’ll learn how to teach core SAFe courses, facilitate PI Planning, support Agile teams, and drive value flow across the organisation.

You’ll also explore what it means to be a true change agent – someone who guides, challenges and supports people throughout the transformation.

This training is perfect if you:

• Are responsible for leading or supporting a SAFe transformation
• Want to become a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
• Want to teach SAFe courses in your organisation or externally
• Are a Lean-Agile coach, Agile Transformation Lead, RTE, Scrum Master, Product Manager, or change agent
• Need the knowledge, credibility and certification to lead change at scale

• Format: Online, closed book
• Number of questions: 60 multiple-choice questions
• Time: 120 minutes
• Passing score: 75% (45 out of 60 correct)
• Language: English
• Access: Once your course attendance is confirmed, you’ll have 30 days after the training to take the exam
• Certification: Upon passing, you’ll receive the SAFe® Program Consultant certificate and digital badge
