Many organisations are investing in AI, but individuals often lack the shared language and understanding needed to make those investments effective. AI terms are used interchangeably, expectations are high, and workflows remain unchanged. This creates uncertainty, hesitation, or unrealistic assumptions about what AI can and cannot do.

In AI-Native Foundations, participants develop a practical understanding of AI concepts and their implications for daily work. The training demystifies AI, machine learning, generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and intelligent agents using clear, accessible language. Participants learn how to work with AI safely and responsibly, without needing a technical background.

The course emphasises fluency over tools. Participants explore how AI reshapes individual workflows, decision-making, and collaboration. By redesigning one of their own work processes during the training, they experience how AI can create immediate, tangible value. This approach supports professionals in roles such as executives, managers, product and delivery roles, operations, consultants, coaches, and others who need to connect AI to real business outcomes.

AI-Native Foundation also addresses responsible usage, ethical considerations, and the broader organisational impact of AI. Participants leave with a grounded perspective that supports better conversations with stakeholders, teams, and leadership about AI adoption and strategy.

Program

This is a two-day, instructor-led, in-person training designed to balance understanding, reflection, and application.

Across the two days, participants explore the EDGE imperative and the exponential, disruptive, generative, and emergent forces shaping work. AI concepts are explained in plain language, enabling confident discussions across technical and non-technical contexts. Participants practice safe and effective prompting techniques and apply these skills to redesign a personal workflow for immediate impact.

The in-person format allows time for questions, discussion, and hands-on exploration. The structure supports learning by giving participants space to process new ideas, experiment during the sessions, and connect insights directly to their professional context.

Certification

After completing the course, participants are eligible to take the AI-Native Foundations exam. Passing the exam leads to the Certified AI-Native Foundations Professional credential, renewed yearly, and includes a digital badge to demonstrate AI fluency and professional capability.
