"Ik vond het een fijne training met veel informatie die ik kan gaan gebruiken in mijn huidige werk. De docent weet de stof goed over te dragen zowel in het Nederlands en Engels.

"Ik vind de basis om vanuit te werken erg goed staan. Duidelijke communicatie, inspanning/ pauze goed in balans, vooraf weet je goed hoe de dagen eruit gaan zien, het stukje pre-coaching is dik in orde. Daarnaast is in mijn beleving David een prettige trainer. Veel kennis, goede afwisseling tussen humor en het grijpen van de aandacht op wat belangrijkere punten.

"Gestroomlijnde welkom bij binnenkomst.
SAFe training over drie dagen verdeeld, waardoor de tijd, waarin je geconcentreerd moet zijn, beter te behappen is.
David heeft goed gelaveerd tussen de verschillende kennisniveaus van de cursisten. Het is een uitdaging om een groep met mensen met nog nul kennis mee te krijgen en degenen met heel veel kennis niet te vervelen.

"Training goed aangepast op behoefte van de groep.
Fijn dat de training 9:00-15:00 duurde en niet 9:00-17:00.
Simulatie op vrijdagochtend hielp erg met begrip van de stof.

"Linda was an amazing trainer. She explained the theory and concepts of the Leading SAFe course very well and easy to understand for those with a less experienced background. I also enjoyed the layout of the course and the ways in which we could interact with other colleagues. Overall, a very nice experience for me.

"Energy, passion and extensive knowledge brought in the meeting by our facilitator Linda Husmann, making it very pleasant and interesting to follow.
The exercises in break-out rooms also help to keep focus and a good pace while going through the presentation of the theory and allow to learn by doing.

"I thought the course was excellent and one of the best I have been on for a while. The course was very relevant to the work I am doing with my client and how they want to be organised to deliver huge programmes of work at scale. I was literally on a call the previous week where they were talking about Value Threads and now it all makes sense what they are trying to achieve. Linda Husmann was an excellent course tutor and very patient when it felt that she was not getting as much interaction as she may have hoped. She had examples, could answer any questions and kept to all times. A brilliant instructor.
