iSQI Certified Agile Business Analysis (CABA)

The Certified Agile Business Analysis (CABA) course is for anyone wishing to understand and apply business analysis tasks in an agile team.

In agile teams, everyone can help with requirements discovery and delivery. Agile teams do things differently than traditional methods. This course gives an overview of the agile business analysis approach and teaches techniques that work well with it. You'll learn role-specific tips and real examples that can help your team collaborate and improve continuously.

This course is extended to 3 days because it includes a study case illustrating how a team can use the theoretical concepts. Participants will apply new approaches and techniques to solve a set challenge.

Prerequisites:
A basic understanding of a business analyst's role in systems development and the systems development process.

One week before the course commences, the materials will be sent to delegates to help them optimally prepare for the course and the exam.
