BCS Modelling Business Processes

Course

An organization needs processes to deliver its products and services. As a Business Analyst  you need to understand and know how to apply different process modelling techniques, including both the organisational view and more detailed process models.  This course teaches the context of business process modelling as well as techniques used to model, analyze and improve processes.

Set Up

By attending this 2-day course you will learn how to identify, organize and model business processes. You will analyze these models and apply different approaches to improve them and deploy new processes in the organization. This course ends with an exam that leads to recognised Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes from the British Computer Society (BCS).

Goals

In this 2-day BCS Modelling Business Processes course you will learn to apply industry standard business process modelling and analysis techniques and understand the framework for business process improvement within which these techniques may be applied. You will learn to identify, analyse and model business processes at various levels, and to identify process measures and opportunities for improvement. This course consists of highly practical discussions of key topics based around case studies.
