The Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) workshop is great for Development Leads, Development Managers and Program Managers. If you are familiar with Agile and Scrum, and you are involved with coaching, formulating, participating or managing scaled product development projects, we would be more than happy for you to join us!

What will you learn during Scaled Professional Scrum?

After exploring the Nexus™ framework and refreshing your Scrum knowledge, we will start the hands-on part of this training. Also known as: the reason why we call this as a workshop! Together we will work on an end-to-end case study. You will learn how to launch, structure, staff, and manage a complex Agile project using Scrum and the Nexus™ framework. You will experience the challenges that occur during a large-scale development project in this 'training environment', with enough room for exploring solutions yourself. The workshop will also teach you how to create multiple teams and divide the workload perfectly.

• Nexus™ framework: how does this framework guide the collaboration of multiple Scrum Teams?
• What's new: get to know new roles, artifacts and events.

SPS Certification

The SPS exam (plus one retake) and Scrum.org certificate are included in the training. After completing the training, you will receive a password to access the SPS exam. The exam is taken online at your moment of choice. Please note, only if you take the exam within two weeks of completing the training will you receive a free second chance. After passing (score at least 85%) the SPS exam, you will:

• receive a Scrum.org SPS certificate.
• become a lifelong member of the Scrum.org community.
• be included in the global Scaled Professional Scrum database.
