• Prepare a one-minute presentation about your organization, the current state of Agile in your organization, and the drivers for scaling Agile. If you are an external consultant, take the organization you are assigned to

Requirements:

• We assume every participant has a working knowledge of Scrum and Agile. If you don’t have that knowledge yet, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We will suggest additional preparation so that you will fully benefit from the Agile Scaling Frameworks Essentials training.
