Our Programs are all set up in 3 steps to secure real change:

Step 1: AWARENESS

People, teams and organizations have leading thinking patterns which predict behaviour and motivation. Insight into these offers control.

Step 2: MOVING

Practice "new" behaviour and break through behaviour patterns.

Step 3: SECURING

Embedding "new" behaviour and continuous development for real success of change.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - DEVELOPMENT PART (2 DAYS)

This step follows the awareness part and depending on the needs the development part will take 1, 2 or 3 days. During this period we move towards our goal.

This program is custom made and will be based on the results of the team awareness program.

After the awareness session we then move towards the goal and embed the new behavior in the team.

A team development program is always drawn up in consultation with the client, because it involves specific wishes arising from a basic session. In a basic session every participant is aware that improving performance is all about ensuring a positive motivation.

This program is customized and always relates to what the team needs and what steps can and must the team make.

This team session is intended for cooperation in the team or training behaviour in a team context. All this is linked to and fits in with the substantive development direction of the organization.

Within this program, training sessions are specifically designed to develop or let go of certain behaviour. These training sessions can be embedded in the program. They may relate to conflict management, clear and transparent communication, giving and receiving feedback, presentation and visibility. These training sessions are also crucial when it comes to desired and essential behaviour in reorganizations, changes or crises.

During these programs we work intensively on behaviour aimed at ultimately improving the performance of the team and the individual. This is always based on the positive motivation of the participants.

Continuous process - Working on change is a continuous process which therefore requires continuous support. After the program, a coach is available for extra individual or team coaching sessions, so that movement is actually converted into sustainable change.

This program requires min. 5 participants (max. 10 participants)

Extra cost for 11-20 participants: +2.500€

This program is available in English, Dutch or French.

The price doesn't include travel expenses (0,50€/km) and accommodation if needed.
