This course is designed for Holacratic (Lead and Rep Link and up to two other Circle members) or Agile teams (SCRUM, Project Manager and team). It is based on the concepts of agile learning and Reacting in an iterative environment. The habits and tools in this course are made to support a LeadLink or Project Manager's role - developing " concentric purpose " - and Rep Link or ScrumMaster's role - " back briefing " Super Circles. Both of These tools are based on the cycle of tension through knowledge gaps,  alignment gaps , and  effects gaps.

The Scale-Up Toolkit is based on the Holacracy CONSTITUTION (V4.0), the book, Art of Action, and the current state of business and technology. Your internal and external environments bring Tension every day. How are you equipped to process Those Tensions? 

We will share a Framework for Identifying friction and audit your strengths against four key habits of highly effective communications Listening, planning, doing, and inspiring. We then take a deep dive into frameworks for expressing the purpose of both the Lead Link and Link Rep. We encouragement the Facilitator, Secretary, or cross-link to participate.

Two custom tools have been designed to:

  • Help participants identify sources of "friction" + iterative countermeasures
  • Demonstrate the ways SCRUM can combat friction and tension
  • Provide the Lead Link - with tools to align Super Circle + Circle purpose
  • Provide the Rep Link - with a "Back Letter" method to inform + counterbalance Lead / Super-Circle

Lead Links will better align the "what" and "why" of the Super Circle to the account metrics and abilities of the Sub-Circle.

Elected Rep Links will learn how to better sense and process tension, zoals best practices in the community to enact the provision seeking and visibility to the Super Circle.

Both Roles will be better equipped to providence input to any compensation efforts based on market activities and tension resolution.

In Addition to the principles work, we would be happy to providence an "app" congruent with the learning model toolkits. This could be a new policy enacted by the Rep Link to a Strategy Meeting among the Super Circle.

Our self-audit is a proprietary tool and must be licensed if you wish to conduct it for your organization or with clients.

If you decide not to take the course, we encouragement encouragement you to use our open source methods and thought leadership to help you.
