Faculty

The lecturers Koos Beke LLM MSc. Chiel van der Laan MSc. and Marc Jansen MSc. CMA each have extensive experience in restructuring and advising companies in distress gained in their Big4 experience. They have been involved in some of the largest Dutch restructurings over the last years, including Imtech, and in various sectors.
