The masterclass on organisational change will examine theories of change and development as they apply to organisations, groups and individuals, and will explore the way in which different theoretical perspectives on change are reflected in the range of approaches that can be applied to the diagnosis and solving of problems in organisations.
Attention will be given to the critical issues that need to be considered when developing and implementing a plan for change, such as organisational politics, stakeholder management, strategic leadership, communication, motivating others to change, and the choice and sequencing of interventions.

- Develop your investigative and diagnostic skills so that you will be more effective in assessing what is going on in organisations.
- Extend your ability to contribute to the management of issues arising from internally planned or externally imposed organisational changes.
- Improve your ability to formulate and use a language for communicating about change in order to gain support and acceptance for a change on the part of relevant stakeholders, including employees.

- Group presentations and discussion of related theory (Case 1)
- Group presentations and discussion of related theory (Case 2)

- Group presentations and discussion of related theory (Case 4)
- Factors to consider when selecting and designing interventions
