This training will support you in communicating effectively with co-workers, clients and your manager. With the help of Leary’s Rose interaction model, you will gain insight in different communication processes and your preferred role within. Leary’s Rose is a schematic reproduction of different ways of behaving and the effect it has on other people. A professional training actor will simulate certain situations where you can put your learnings into practice and improve them even further. Throughout this training, doing and experiencing is key and your personal goals are at the heart of the training.
