AUDIENCE
The ServiceNow® Project Portfolio Management Fundamentals course is for Customers, Partners, and Employees who utilize features, functions, and data associated with Project Portfolio Management. An attendee is a good fit for this course if they perform or advise on any of the following roles or job responsibilities:
- Demand/Project/Resource/Program/Portfolio Manager or Process Owner

CONTENT
During this two-day interactive training course, students access the ServiceNow platform in their own student instance, which is a “safe sandbox” loaded with demo and test data.
The course follows a fictitious company and their journey as they work within ServiceNow’s Project Portfolio Management application. The class features lectures, group discussions, demonstrations, and extensive hands-on practice completed through a variety of lab exercises.
