Agile Enterprise Coach (ICP-ENT)

Audience

Experienced coaching professionals who aspire to become change agents at the Enterprise level can benefit from this training. You will work alongside a community of Agile Coaches, in a LACE, and in management or leadership roles within an Agile transformation.

Certification

The Enterprise Coach (ICP-ENT) training is a two-day training program (9 a.m. - 5 p.m., including lunch) taught by inspiring ICagile Authorized Trainers. All of our consultants are operational in the field themselves and have extensive experience implementing Agile within large organizations.

By completing the training, showing your active participation and understanding of the training learning objectives and passing the exam, you will be a certified Enterprise Coach. You will receive:

• Official Agile Enterprise Coach (ICP-ENT) certificate

• Digital badge of certificate (to share & promote online)

Prerequisites

This course is for Agile professionals with experience. We require a minimum of one year's experience in the role of Agile coach or practical experience working with Agile principles. We recommend that you refresh your Agile knowledge and read the mandatory articles (to be shared after enrolling to the course) in preparation before the course.
