1. How you can prepare for this PSM I course: We recommend that you read the Scrum Guide and take notes of all your questions before you come to this class. You can download the Scrum Guide for free here: https://scrumguides.org/

PSM I exam and PSM I certificate: After completing this PSM I course, you will receive a password to attempt the PSM I exam. The exam is a 60-minute online test (English) with 80 questions (multiple choice, multiple answer, true/false). The passing grade is 85%. After passing the exam, you will receive the industry-recognized Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certificate from Scrum.org. Your PSM I certificate does not expire and has no renewal fee. If you take the exam within 14 days after this course and do not pass, you can retake the exam for free. After you have passed the PSM I exam, you are eligible to a 40% discount for the PSM II exam.
   
   
3. Professional Development Units (PDU): If you hold an active certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI), you can claim 14 professional development units (PDUs) after attending this PSM I course.
